| How do I know if my company can qualify for Business Rewards? |
 |
| To qualify for enrollment into the Business Rewards program, your company must: |

not have or be subject to a Corporate Travel Agreement with Copa Airlines |

and have at least 5 employees. |

 |
| (Cannot be a travel agency, wholesaler, consolidator or other reseller of travel.) |

| Who in my company can sign for the program? |
 |
| An authorized representative of the company who must also be an active employee. |
 |
| Is there anything else needed to participate in the program? |
 |
| The company’s representative must have a valid e-mail address and a list of the company’s employees who travel on business and their OnePass number handy, when available. If any of the company’s employees are not OnePass, there is an option to request enrollment in the OnePass program, and they will be enrolled automatically. |

| How do I know that my company is getting credit? |
 |
| The company’s employees must provide their OnePass number when making reservations and checking in for a Copa Airlines flight. The company is responsible for maintaining the list of employees up to date. |
 |
| What is qualifying revenue? |
 |
| Qualifying Revenue is defined as actual flown revenue, excluding all taxes, fees, surcharges and refunds. Qualifying revenue only applies to non-discounted fares with a value of $50 or more for Aerorepublica segments and $100 or more for Copa Segments. |

| Is there any tax Liabilities associated with Business Rewards? |
 |
| All tax liability associated with the Business Rewards program and with the receipt and use of rewards, including income tax, is the responsibility of the user. |
 |
| What happens if our business travel slows down? |
 |
| If for a period of 18 consecutive months, Company has not made any Qualifying Purchases, Copa Airlines will terminate Company's membership in the Business Rewards program. It is the Company's responsibility to claim any reward for which they qualify. The Company will have 12 months from the termination date to redeem any points earned. After such date any unclaimed points will be forfeited. |

| Business Rewards awards your company with valuable points every time your company's registered employees choose Copa Airlines for business travel. your company will earn: |

One point for every USD($1000) for travel to/from Panama City, Panama |

One point for every USD($500) for travel to/from all other cities |

One point for every COP $1,000,000 1 USD($500) for travel intra Colombia |

| How are the points tracked? |
 |
| Copa Airlines tracks your company's expenditures and earned points through your employees OnePass numbers. |

| How can I make updates to my company’s data or list of employees? |
 |
| You may access your account anytime online. Visit us at copaair.com select "My Business Rewards Account" and sign in using your account number and password. Once signed in you may: |

edit your account profile (address, phone, email address, contact name, etc.) |

update your list of business travelers (add employees who join the company or remove those who leave the company) |

Change Your Password, your account security is very important and along with your account number, your Password is the key to your Business Rewards account. You may change your Password directly online. For security purposes, your Password will not be disclosed online or over the phone. |

| Will employees continue to earn their own individual OnePass miles? |
 |
| Business Rewards points are in addition to other award program benefits such as OnePass mileage. |

| Can I transfer my points? |
 |
| Transferring of points is not permitted. |
 |
| Can I combine Business Rewards points with my OnePass miles? |
 |
| Business Rewards points and OnePass miles cannot be combined. |

| How do I redeem my points? |

Online at copaair.com. Select My Business Rewards account option, log in using your account number and Password and redeem your points. |

| Who can request rewards? |
 |
| The Authorized Representative or the authorized contact designated by the company at the time of enrollment are the only people authorized to request rewards for the company. |

| Once I receive my rewards, can they be replaced if lost or stolen? |
 |
| Copa Airlines will not replace or credit to a company’s account any lost, stolen, or expired rewards as per the terms and conditions of the program. |
 |
| Can Travel Awards be reissued? |
 |
| For a 50 USD fee, electronic certificates only can be exchanged or reissued for an alternate destination or date. The reissue request must be made within the same quarter as the original reward request to be applicable. |
 |
| Can Travel awards be extended? |
 |
| Travel awards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and are not extendable. |
 |
| Who is eligible to receive the company rewards? |
 |
| The rewards are for you to use anyway you would like – incentives, gifts, company travel – and your employees continue to earn OnePass frequent flyer miles. |

| Can rewards be re-deposited? |
 |
| Rewards can not be re-deposited. |
 |
| What is the time frame for reward fulfillment? |
 |
| Redemption of rewards will be fulfilled within 14 business days. |
 |
 |
| Are rewards issued electronically or in paper form? |
 |
| eTicket is the primary method of ticketing on Copa Airlines. Once your travel reward is redeemed and your reservations are confirmed, you can request a fax, e-mail or web page as a receipt. A paper ticket is issued for international travel that is "ineligible" for eTicket. Be sure to allow 10 days for paper ticket processing. |

 |
| The authorized representative selected the Password when enrolling the corporation. You may change you Password directly online. For security purposes, you Password will not be disclosed online or over the phone. |

| I lost my Password, how can I get it? |
 |
| By writing an email to: businessrewards@copaair.com. The Business Rewards administrator will get back to you with instructions on how to change your password. |

| Can I change my Password? |
 |
| Visit us at copaair.com, select "My Business Rewards Account" sign in using your account number and current Password, select the Change Password option and follow the simple instructions. |

| Business Rewards is an online program only and we only communicate via e-mail to the authorized representative. |

| Every month an email will be sent to the Authorized Representative indicating that statements are ready to view online. |
